Refund Policy

ForeverQR is a one-time-payment service — you pay once and the Pro slots you purchased are yours for the life of the service. Slots never expire and upgrades only charge you the difference. Because of that, all Pro pack purchases are final sale.

1. Exceptions we honour

  • Duplicate or accidental charges — if you were charged twice for the same pack, or clearly clicked the wrong pack and haven't used any of the new slots, email us within 24 hours of the charge and we'll refund the duplicate/mistaken purchase in full.
  • Service failure on our end — if ForeverQR shuts down, or a Pro code stops resolving because of a fault on our side (not because your destination went offline), we will provide a pro-rata refund or an equivalent credit. This is a direct application of our Forever Promise.

2. What is not refundable

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Unused slots from a pack you've already dipped into.
  • Buying a smaller pack when a larger one would have been cheaper per code (use our upgrade-by-difference flow instead — you only pay the difference).
  • Pro codes disabled for violating our Terms of Service (phishing, malware, illegal content, etc.).

3. How to request a refund

Email Visionarydevpro@gmail.com from the address on your account. Include your Stripe receipt or the last 4 digits of the card used. We reply within 5 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Chargebacks cost us real money in fees, hurt our ability to accept payments, and slow down the fix for whatever went wrong. We'd much rather solve the underlying problem — or issue a refund on the spot when one of the exceptions above applies.

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

ForeverQR is operated from British Columbia, Canada. By purchasing from anywhere in the world, you agree that this refund policy and our Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, with exclusive venue in the courts of British Columbia.

You are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own country or region. Consumer-protection statutes of jurisdictions outside Canada (including but not limited to EU/UK statutory withdrawal periods) do not extend our refund obligations beyond what is written in this policy. If your local law grants mandatory non-waivable rights, those rights continue to apply to the extent required by that law.
