How to make a Live Agent QR code

A Live Agent QR code opens a conversation instead of a web page. You decide who it is, what it knows and what it won't discuss; ForeverQR adds safety rules that can't be turned off.

  1. 1

    Create the agent

Open Live Agents from the menu, pick a purpose (memorial, concierge, guide, support or custom), name it and press Create. Building is free.

  2. 2

    Set its identity

Add a short description, a photo link and an opening line. Optionally upload a genuine voice recording visitors can play. Choose the Standard or Deep Memoir brain.

  3. 3

    Give it memories

Add stories and favourite phrases. Paste background knowledge or upload a PDF, .txt or .md — obituaries, menus and handbooks are read for you, up to 12,000 characters.

  4. 4

    Set safeguards

Add a crisis line and quick links if useful. Every agent admits it's an AI, refuses medical, legal and financial advice, and directs people in danger to 911 or 988.

  5. 5

Accept the creator agreement and publish

Confirm you have the right to create it and that you own and are responsible for what it says. Then publish.

  6. 6

    Test it

Chat with it in the test panel. Ask the questions visitors will ask and refine the memories until the answers feel right.

  7. 7

    Style and print the code

Pick colours, add a centre photo and a caption, then download PNG, SVG, a 4-inch plaque PDF or a test sheet. Scan the test sheet before engraving or printing in bulk.

  8. 8

    Keep it talking with Sparks

Each reply uses 1 Spark (Standard) or 3 (Deep Memoir). Packs are one-time and never expire. At zero the page stays online and chat rests until you top up.

The code points at a permanent ForeverQR link, so you can edit the agent forever without reprinting. Visitor conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days without a visit.
